Poplar features striking, naturally occurring color variations. We sort our poplar into two distinct categories: #2 Rustic and Rainbow, each offering its own unique character and visual appeal.

Rustic Poplar

Our #2 Rustic is primarily a lighter brown, featuring natural knots and occasional color variations that add character. This product is commonly finished with a light stain or paint, depending on your desired look.

Rainbow Poplar

Our Rainbow Poplar is carefully sorted to highlight pieces with rich streaks of purple, brown, and even green for a truly unique appearance. While some lighter browns are present, the bold, darker tones are what stand out most. This product is typically clear-coated or left completely natural to showcase its vibrant character.
